What Does Trubiotic Contain?

You are here

TRUBIOTIC contains 3 well-documented and researched strains with documented health benefits.

Bifidobacterium longum BB536 Key in reducing antibiotic associated diarrhoea and abdominal discomfort. This specific strain significantly reduces Clostridium spores count.
Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14 This specific strain shows production of a bacteria (substance produced by one organism which inhibits the growth of another organism / bacteria).
Lactobacillus rhamnosus PB01 This specific strain - PB01, has superior adherence to intestinal cells. Adherence is three times more effective than which is found in other products.

While lactobacilli are primarily found in the upper intestine the bifidobacteria are primarily found in the lower intestine.

TRUBIOTIC contains both types of probiotics and these were specifically chosen to cover both the upper and lower intestines, thus providing broad protection and maintenance of intestinal flora.

TRUBIOTIC also contains a prebiotic fibre scFOS (short chain FructoOligoSaccharides) which is a non-digestible fibre that increases the number of probiotics in the intestine.
